This whole-home renovation started with a dark, outdated one-level home with an atrium at the center. The client wanted to brighten up the home, get rid of the atrium, and bring the interior up to current designs and finishes.
In the kitchen, the client wanted to bring in a farmhouse feel. To start the complete kitchen remodel, we opened a wall up to the sunken sunroom, new semi-custom cabinets by Omega Cabinetry, Cambria counter tops, subway tile backsplash, new wood flooring, and new GE Appliances. We also added cedar beams to bring a touch of nature and warmth to the white finishes. We finished it off with recessed lighting, pendant lighting, under cabinet lighting, smooth ceilings, and fresh paint.
